I already spend more than $10 to get a box of produce from Full Circle Farm and its partners. They disclose where each item comes from. It's all organic and mostly local.

Unfortunately I have no authority at any of my local Jewish institutions, as I moved to town recently. As I get more involved in the community, I will probably talk to its leadership about its food sourcing. My local QFC gets organic chicken from Empire, and I've been trying to get them to get more of it. It always gets snapped up as soon as it gets to the shelves, which says to me that there's a lot of demand for kosher, organic chicken!

I will have a look at the information for the third item later, as I'm running late now. I should be cooking dinner or cleaning the apartment or something before my husband gets home from work....
